Your mail gets in to our box just seconds after you send it. We do start immediately working on it and try to send you a complete reply with in 24 to 48 hours. Depending on the period you may receive a real time reply sometimes.
You may always ask for information, your questions or any detail you might want to know. All these services are free of charge. We aim to satisfy people with our replies and hope that this performance would couse any business for us such as any hotel, tour, rentalcar, guide, transfer or similar reservation that we get commissions for.

As soon as we do agree on some services or tour programs according your needs and wants, we need to reserve some items to confirm you the requested service. After this step in order to finalise your reservations you need to make the full payment. In some cases we do only request a portion of the amount with the principle that the balance should be received before the arrival.

How does the reservation process work ?

1-The services requested from should be sent by e-mail or fax (+90 ) .
2-You would receive a personal written mail that your request has been arrived and that we are working on it. (Incase there are additional questions from our side about the request, they will be mentioned).
3-You will receive a detailed personalized reply, with availability, total amount ,payment possibilities and conditions. No reservations are made on this step until a confirmation is received from your side.
4-You should reconfirm the services, method of payment and conditions so that we could proceed with booking and finalizing the necessary arrangements.
5-You would receive a final confirmation from with a voucher and proforma invoice that mentions all the services purchased in details.
6-Online assistance before arrival and onsite assistance while in Turkey continues free of charge until departure.

Some facts to know on the reservation step…

Name on reservations-All reservations must be made in the Exact name of the person traveling – no nicknames are allowed. The name on the reservation must be Exactly as it appears on the traveler’s passport and credit card.

Visas and documents– All required documentation for travel is the sole responsibility of the traveler. Each client must have a valid passport to enter Turkey. All persons are responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and the documentation necessary to enter Turkey and those countries to which they are traveling.

Disability– Any physical or mental disability requiring special treatment must be reported to at the time of the reservation.

The rates – All rates are in US Dollars. Incase requested gives the possibility to purchase in other currencies. However due to current regulations in Turkey, the total amount must be charged to your credit card in local currency (TL, Turkish Lira), which will be converted later again back to US dollars by the credit card institute. Therefore silent changes in the total amount shown on your credit card statement may be possible.

Not included in rates– The following is a list of some major items that is not included in the rates when you make a purchase of any of our service and products:
Passport and visa fees, inoculations and vaccinations, any expenses prior to arrival in Turkey, camera fees, airport departure taxes, excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, meals not specified as being included, after dinner tea or coffee(In some cases), any beverages such as mineral water(In some cases), soft drinks or liquor, baggage handling, gratuities, minibar and other extra hotel expenditures, room service charges, laundry, items of a personal nature…

Sales & VAT taxes and tips – When you make a purchase through for hotels, tours, blue cruises, guides, or similar travel services; sales and VAT taxes are included in the quotation. However, additional taxes, security charges and other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features. All taxes will be charged to you, whether it is included in the rates shown on the pages or not. Gratuities to the guides and drivers are not included.

Hotels on the tours – All rates mentioned are based on per person in Double Room in First Class or best available Hotels in the regions. Customers could upgrade the accommodation on the tours to Deluxe. It is subject to availability and supplement. keeps the right to substitute the hotels, if deemed necessary.

Meals – Meals, that are included on the tours are stated in each itinerary by the code letters.
(B) Breakfast- (L) Lunch – (D) Dinner.

Sightseeing – Sightseeing as outlined in the itineraries is provided by car, mini- or midibus or motor coach depending to the size of the group and includes in general the services of English speaking (or requested language) guide. If you prefer any other language, please contact us as early as possible per e-mail or fax. will try to arrange a guide in your own language. If the preferred language requires a supplement, we will inform you in writing ask for confirmation and payment.

Changes in the itinerary – The roundtrip tours are leaded by the guides. They are fully responsible of the group and are obligated to sightsee the included sites mentioned in the itinerary. Any additional visit that the group (everyone !) wishes could be made incase the guide agrees. Guides could also make changes in itinerary with the principle that every site mentioned in the clients program will be visited.
Occasionally, the land portion of your tour may be extended or curtailed because of unforeseen changes in the transportation schedules (Flights or similar). There may also be other instances in which changes become necessary or advisable. Any saving realized by these changes will be passed on to the passengers, any resultant expenses shall be borne by the passengers.

General facts for tours
Pick up – Drop Off – The customers will be picked up and dropped off either at/from the airport or their hotels.

Smoking – In general smoking is prohibited on coaches.

Right to reserves the right to refuse any passenger any part of the travel services.

Payment of the services or products requested from could be made in the following four ways:

1-Credit Card Payment:
The total amount will be charged on the credit card of the client. turkeythisway. com is a secure site and private information could be sent online. You either could send your credit card details on line by e-mail or by filling in the credit card payment form and fax it to the attention of our sales executives We do accept MasterCard and VISA credit cards for all purchases.
No Credit card Commission is charged by !

2-Non Credit Card Holders:
The total amount could be charged to someone else’s credit card (a friend family etc), by filling in the credit card payment form and fax it to the attention of our sales executives. We additionally do need to receive the persons credit card photocopy and passport photocopy.

3-Bank Transfer: BANK
The total amount could be sent to our bank account in the requested time limit. After the bank transfer is made the copy of the transfer receipt should be faxed to our fax number that is (+90 ) . As the banks do take transfer fees in normal international transfers a fee of 10 USD per transfer should be added to the amount sent to

4-Cash: CASH
The payment could be made cash on arrival day. For land services (Tours and Transfers), credit card details should be sent as guaranty by filling in our credit card payment form . For hotel reservations you should prepay the first night of your stay by filling in our credit card payment form. The remaining amount could be payed cash on arrival day to our representative. For Both type of service payments a written and signed statement should be faxed to our fax number (+90 ) before arrival, mentioning the payment would be made cash on site the first day of arrival.


Reservations may only be canceled in written by an e-mail ([email protected]) or fax (+90 ) sent to, indicating your details of reservation .
Please check each relevant section for general reservation and cancellation policies. If the cancellation policy of the service suppliers differ from, you agree to accept the cancellation policy of each service supplier (Hotels, yatch companies etc).

Some packages are non-refundable. Different cancellation penalties may apply during holiday periods. will not assume responsibility for any changes in travel arrangements made by the passenger after the departure date. All cancellations fees are imposed by hotels and ground suppliers. We advise you to purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover such cancellation fees assessed in the event of serious illness or other situations covered by the policy. You should understand that there are limits and exclusions to the insurance policy.

Hotel Cancellation

For up to 3 rooms, If a written cancellation notice is received not later than 7 days before check-in the hotel, will accept cancellation and refund full payment, Cancellations made within 7 days are subject to a fee equal to the first night. Cancellations made within 48 hours are nonrefundable unless a special reason could be proven in written (illness, change of flight etc) and would be accepted by sales executives.

Some hotels do have different cancellation policies. Incase so , the hotel’s policy would be accepted. In such cases you will also be informed per e-mail about the special conditions of the selected hotel on your reservation confirmation mail.

Individual Tours Cancellations

For Individual tour programs if a written cancellation notice is received not later than 5 days before check-in the hotel, will accept cancellation and refund full payment, Cancellations made within 5 days are subject to a fee equal to the 20% of the total tour amount. Cancellations made within 48 hours are nonrefundable unless a special reason could be proven in written (illness, change of flight etc) and would be accepted by sales executives.

In some cases depending on the tour package there may be a different cancellation policy. Incase so, you will be informed per e-mail about the special conditions of the selected hotel on your reservation confirmation mail.

Group Tours Cancellations.

For the group package prıograms the below mentioned cancellation periods are applicable. Cancellations

(1) within more than thirty two (32) days before departure, will accept such cancellation and refund the full amount to the client. This is the general rule, unless it differs according the specific tour that is reserved it would be mentioned in your reservation confirmation mail.

(2) between 31-8 days prior to departure the cancellation fees of suppliers (hotels, yacht companies or similar that would be mentioned on your reservation confirmation mail) will be charged and the remaining amount will be fully refunded.

(3) between 7-0 days prior to departure the full amount will be kept as cancellation fee. reserves the right to cancel any regular tour except those bearing the ‘guaranteed departure’ seal prior to departure for any reason, including insufficient number of participants. If cancels any tour, tour members will receive full refund of moneys paid, this will be mentioned at least 15 days before the arrival and alternative program assistance is also given free of charge.

Unused services
No refund will be allowed on unused services.
